This is just a cool old vintage piece. It was clearly a cigarette lighter holder but I can't find one slim enough to accommodate date it now, so I propose it be repurposed as a toothpick holder. It is stamped on both sides, Sterling and with another mark I can't quite make out. Measures 2.5" in length, opens and closes with no problem.
